Rules
1 It is forbidden to:
a) Names of players or guilds that are offensive.
b) Player or guild names with absurd combinations of letters, characters or incomprehensible words (eg "Fgfshdsfg").
c) Names of players or guilds that were created to duplicate the identities of other players or other guilds (eg, "Player" instead of "Player", "Team 1" and "Team").
d) Names of players that are associated with the nicknames of people occupying any position in the administration or names that clearly indicate belonging to the administration (eg God Pola).
e) Player names that are identical to the names of monsters available on the server.
f) Guild names, descriptions or avatars containing spam, advertisements, links to non-guild-related content, pornographic content or content intended to offend anyone in the ots administration or its players.

2 The following is punished:
a) Using bugs in the game.
b) Deliberately abusing weaknesses in the game (for example, placing objects or players in such a way that other players cannot move them).
c) Theft or expiry of other players account data, personal data or their property, in the case of personal data, it is also punishable to make them public.
d) Offer or sell anything on our server for real money.
e) Buy, sell or trade anything on our server for something on another MMO game server.
f) Deliberate donation or sale of an account to download items or points that can be transferred to the players account or purchased by the player receiving the account.
g) Cloning of objects during the so-called "crashes" of the server or the use of a bug in the game.
h) Cheating or cheating when purchasing points or other goods on the server.
i) Cheating at events organized by administrations.
j) Launching or offering to start the "Trust Items" mini-game, cheating in other permitted mini-games.

d) Playing on more than two accounts at the same time.
e) Using more than one character to fight other players or give yourself or a friendly person an advantage in fighting them.
f) Using bot functions or scripts, the operation of which is associated with an attack on a given character within a small or no time interval of more than one figure.

5 It is forbidden to:
a) Knowingly destroy many weaker players in quests, thus preventing them from completing the quest.

6 On the help channel, it is prohibited to:
a) Using profanity, writing in capital letters or repeating the same message over and over again.
b) Send unnecessary hello messages, write without full sentences or use words that you dont understand.
c) Conducting a discussion that does not lead to a solution to a problem if it has been previously reported by one of the players for help or information.
d) Deliberately misleading players requesting information or in-game help, and players reporting bugs or not following the rules.

7 Donations:
a) Before purchasing anything on this website, please read and accept the terms and conditions. All premium points you earn are non-refundable as they are digital and have a short shelf life.
By placing your order you certify that you are 18 years old and the money belongs to you.
You must read and agree to the terms and conditions before creating an account on this site.
To buy anything on this site, you need to log into your account.
By placing an order, you accept the regulations and regulations of the payment system from which you will make the donation.

8 Administration and players:
a) Administration is not responsible for server crashe as a result of which players items or attributes have been lost.
b) The administration is not responsible for items, characters, accounts, attributes and points lost as a result of breaking into the account.
c) In the event that a players account is banned, he loses any privileges associated with the use of the account, and the contents of the account may be removed or transferred to another account, if the administrator so decides.

9 Others:
a) Connecting to the server you accept that the ots creator is not responsible for losses resulting from the use of the server and another application that you use to connect to the server.
b) Any points, property or account purchased are not refundable or carried over to further editing. This is the data that your validity loses with the end of editing during which it was gained or received or when the players account is removed or banned.
c) Administration reserves the right to submit a notification in case of damage to the server and its inability to resolve amicably or break the law by the player to the appropriate institution or body operating for the state, thus the server administration is not responsible for the actions of players.
d) Creating an account on the server is synonymous with the acceptance of the rules and regulations contained in these regulations.
e) Accounts of players who have broken the law in any way will be without warning and will be banned or deleted with the content without any obligation.
f) Administration reserves the right to modify the duration of sanctions or penalties in the event of a reservation as to its fairness with other players, administrators or the gravity of violation of the regulations.
g) If the account is not used for more than 1 month or if the account has been charged with a deletion penalty, the administration reserves the right to delete these accounts together with the content. A character that is inactive for more than 14 days or is banned for more than 5 days can lose a normal house for another player.
h) The players account and all items contained therein are the property of the owner of the server.
i) The duration of a given ots edition is not predetermined. The process of completing the edition and starting a new one involves deleting all accounts along with their content. The administration does not allow you to claim any compensation for losses resulting from this process.

The Server owner(s) or any of its volunteers do not use any server software or server code that is copyrighted by CipSoft GmbH to operate, manage or create our service. Server is running The Forgotten Server 0.3.6, which is licensed under the GNU General Public License v3. The source code can be found on the SVN at https://svn.otland.net. Some of the image assets displayed on this website are owned by Cipsoft GmbH. The Server owner(s) accept money to pay towards server costs or development costs, such as artwork, programming, game design, or map content to keep Server actively updated with new content. The Server owner(s) reserve the right to disable any users account for any reason we feel necessary, providing monetary support to Server does not give you immunity to this. Any individuals that are called staff members of Server are volunteers and are not employed by Server.

11. Terms of Service
